Return Policy:

We want you to love cooking with Alva. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item anytime before January 1, 2027.

To qualify for a return:

  • Cookware must be unused and in its original condition
  • All packaging and inserts must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly so you can get back to what matters most—creating healthy, delicious meals.

Please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 3 days to process your return once it is received in our warehouse.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
